The cause of negative energy and depression problems:- North East Vastu defect

Once a yoga teacher who lived near my home visited me with her elder sister .She told me that her sister is undergoing with depression state for so many days. She also discussed about the other family members who were also suffering with stress and anxiety. Their business was at loss and they had no presence of   mind. Everyone was unhappy and disturbed at home. They were desperately looking for any solution.
She showed me her sister’s kundali and It was clear to me there is lot of negative energy in their home which is due to toilet on Ishan kone or due to filthiness/cluttering in Ishan kone.
When I analyzed her kundali I found that the 6 planets is is sitting in star of rahu or sub lord of rahu ,  and rahu was  in 2nd house and sublord of 2nd house was also  rahu , and rahu  dasha had been going on from last 6 years
When many planets become affected with Rahu then it becomes aggressive and it starts giving negative impact.
When I saw that Rahu is more connected with 2nd house, it was clear to me that Rahu was present on Ishan kone. I told her that your house’s toilet is built on Ishan kone ( NE ) . She told me that an architect visited our house 5 years ago and he told that the temple’s direction of your house is not right and it was replaced with toilet according to his advice and since then they are facing difficulties in their lives. As Ishan kone is considered very pious and sacred direction, it is a where lord Shiva resides and the magnectic energy that comes out from this place is very divine and we must keep this place pious and godly.
An architect was sent to their home to draw its layout, through which I came to know that toilet was constructed on Ishan kone and it was replaced with temple of their home and then I saw her kundali and found the time when their house was reconstructed and temple was replaced she was undergoing with Rahu dasha due to this she took wrong decisions and the negative energy entered into her home.
When I visited their house and I suggested them the vastu remedies and advised them not to use the toilet which was built on Ishan cone and also told them to cover it with tape. When in kundali Rahu becomes influential it does not allow the people to go for the remedies.  They followed the remedies for five and after that they started using again that toilet despite of having another 2 toilet in their home.

Any remedy does not too much effective   for this defect .This imperfection starts giving its bad repercussions after 1 year and gradually it increases every year. After seven years it starts giving its negative effects.
The best remedy for this imperfection is while constructing home we should be very careful that there shouldn’t be any kind of negative energy on Ishan kone and if it is their then remove it  immediately as it is considered the biggest flaw in vastu Aura
.

Education And Vastu

Once I met a familiar woman.  She was really worried about her son's studies and showed to me his horoscope. She told me that his son isn’t really into studies and whenever he tries to do so, he gets distracted and feels suffocated. So, his examination result is inevitably poor. When I looked at his horoscope,
I found that the sub lords of 4th house is venus sitting in 6th house . as well as the Lord of 5th house is jupiter  were sitting  is also in 6th house.

Then I understood the whole matter. Education is related to 4th and 5th house,  and the direction of  6th house in horoscope is in west - north-west.  So I felt that sub lord of house related to education is sitting in 6th house and Jupiter (which is related to knowledge and is also the lord of 5th house) is also sitting in 6th house.

Therefore, I realized the child must also be sitting in west - north-west direction for studying. So I sent an interior designer to make a vaastu map of the house and I found the same thing that the study table of the child was located in the west - north - west direction. It’s a place which is responsible for causing anxiety and depression. So I gave her a few solutions related to vaastu and also to shift her child’s study table to west - south-west (which is the place for  study and knowledge). After 4 months, she came to me really happy that vaastu has made a significant change in her child’s life. Now he is studying well and getting good grades which are way more than his earlier. To her it was like a miracle and she was really joyous.

What is Pitradosh and how is it related to vaastu?

Why problems don’t decrease even after using remedies/solutions for Pitradosh?
In this article, I will tell you that where is vastu dosh generated in our house after having Pitradosh in our horoscope, and how can we reduce the effects of Pitradosh up to 90% by removing this vaastu dosh?
First of all, we have to know that how Pitradosh does get formed?
The sun is our Pitra , and when the sun shines on the shadow of Rahu (then the impact of sun i.e. positive energy reduces) i.e. when rahu is sitting with sun, or rahu is in 5th house , or when sun is in rahu’s star, or sub lord of 5th house is rahu or in rahu’s star, then in such a situation Pitradosh arises. It is believed that when premature death occurs of someone in the family and his/her proper sradh isn’t done, then Pitradosh comes in children born in that family (especially in male child) because of which they have to face considerable difficulties in their lives. The person whose has a full Pitradosh in his/her horoscope doesn’t get the joy/happiness of having a male child.
You might have heard of people, who are fit according to medical reports, but even then they never get a child, or some may get a female child but not a male child. In such a situation, Pitradosh in their horoscope is inevitable, and their home toilets are often situated in ishan kon or naitratya kon. 
Sometimes the effects of Pitradosh are so severe that a person’s entire property and real estate gets sold and he is never able to buy it again. You might also have heard of big landlords having a lot of money lose everything, even their own house. The main reason is Pitradosh.

Now we’ll learn the relationship between Pitradosh and vaastu.
Pitra is located in the south west corner of the house i.e. naitratya kon. Whenever full Pitradosh gets formed in the horoscope of a person, rahu (which symbolizes negative energy) gets strong, and negative energy reflects on the house of the person. In a house, positive energy flows from ishan kon and negative energy flows from naitratya kon. Whenever, in a horoscope, Pitradosh exists (i.e. Rahu gets strong), in that situation the house in which person lives has vaastu dosh in naitratya kon.

Primary Vaastu dosh of naitratya kon are the following:
Toilet in naitratya kon, dustbin, drain, mess in south-west corner (which increases the negative energy of rahu 100 times).
Earth’s energy is in south west, and if there are trees/plants or if the wall’s color is green in the south west, then the earth’s energy ends which also results in vaastu dosh.

Effects on married life:-
Naitratya kon ( south west ) is also a place for relationships, and if there is a vaastu dosh over there, then it results in many problems in married life and sometimes even divorces without much of a major reason. If a person’s mutual relationships aren’t good and fights occur quite frequently, then it is sure that vaastu dosh exists in naitratya kon.
